crawlspaces are different than most areas. Crawlspaces in South Carolina have a
problem with humidity, known as humidification. A dry crawlspace dirt floor can
have over the recommended 20% moisture content in the wood substructure. Crawlspaces
have a tendency to trap humidity and the wood absorbs moisture like a sponge. This
type of process usually leads to an unhealthy condition. If you smell musky odors
