Structural Repairs

Bugman has been repairing termite and water damage for as long as we have been in business. Our specialty is repairing substructures in the crawlspaces and bathroom floors. Bugman can replace the foundation sills, floor joist, and subfloors. Don't trust these structural repairs to a general contractor. They are usually not experienced working in close quarters of a crawlspace and they tend to be more expensive.

We discover many of these structural damages while we are doing termite letters for real estate transactions. Unfortunately, these are inspections are completed only a few days prior to closing. However, we can make these structural repairs in a prompt manner and in many cases, we can be paid at the closing.
